For web visitors you can offer traditional Contact us Forms or present Live Chat or a ChatBOT offering a live booking system. SMS is great for simple messaging but not as secure as WhatsApp Business. WhatsApp Business allows secure communication, free attachments such as financial docs or vehicle images.
